Charles Jenkins is a musician based in Melbourne, Victoria. He is a member of Icecream Hands[2] and has released three solo albums.[3]

Jenkins was born in Mildura, Victoria and soon was moved to Adelaide, South Australia. He started performing solo and later joined The Mad Turks From Istanbul and in 1989 moved to Melbourne, Victoria when the band relocated there. The band broke up soon after and Jenkins formed a new band, Icecream Hands. During an Icecream Hands' hiatus he recorded his first solo album[1] and has since released two more.
