Chandan Prabhakar

Chandan Prabhakar

Chandan Prabhakar was born in Amritsar (Punjab, India). He is a popular Indian stand-up comedian. He was the first runner up in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge 3. Some of his most popular characters are Harpal Singh (Hawaldar) and Jhanda Singh.[1] [2]
