Champika Liyanaarachchi

Champika Liyanaarachchi is the editor of the Daily Mirror (Sri Lanka), a national English-language daily newspaper,[1] "the first woman to edit a national daily in any language in Sri Lanka," and "the youngest ever editor."[2]

The Sri Lankan representative for Reporters Without Borders, she received the Woman of Achievement in Media award from the Sri Lanka chapter of Zonta International; her specialties include "defence, constitutional affairs, human rights, and minority rights."[2]
