Chad Ruyle

Chad Ruyle was born in La Jolla, California. Ruyle attended Baylor University, earning a BA in English and Sociology. After graduating from Baylor, Ruyle attended the California Western School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree while attaining Dean’s List.

In 2003 Ruyle opened a law practice, Ruyle & Ruyle in San Diego, focusing on trusts and estates, business planning and real estate practice.^[1] He is a member of the International Justice Mission. His father and brother are also attorneys in San Diego.

You Walk Away

Ruyle joined his friend Jonathan Maddux and started You Walk Away in December 2007.^[2] Ruyle serves as Principal and Co-Founder. Ruyle is considered a foreclosure and strategic default expert ^[3] and has been interviewed by Morley Safer on 60 Minutes^[4] spoken on ABC Nightline, NBC’s The Today Show, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams CNBC, MSNBC and Fox Business^[5] as well as many other news programs. ^[6] Ruyle currently resides in San Diego, California.
