Chabot Park

Chabot Park is a middle-class, majority African-American[1] neighborhood in Oakland, California located in the Southeastern section of the Oakland Hills. The neighborhood is adjacent to Knowland State Park and the Oakland Zoo.

In 2008, the median household income was $91,542.[1]
