[1]Century Tower is residential development located in the former Trustees System Service Building at 182 West Lake Street in Chicago, Illinois. In September 2005 the building was redeveloped as condominiums and the name changed to Century Tower. There are 293 residential units in the building, and four commercial units. The building features a common 23rd floor rooftop deck that is available to residents in the summer, a small workout room, a laundry facility in the basement, and a bike room.
