Arun K. Garg

Arun K. Garg, DMD (born 14 September 1960) is a dentist/dental educator specializing in the placement and restoration of dental implants.[1] He is licensed in Florida.[2]

Biography

Garg earned engineering and dental degrees from the University of Florida, and then completed dental residency training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Garg is the founder of Implant Seminars, a private dental continuing education company that provides courses on dental implants and related topics.[3] As evidenced by his publications, his areas of interest and research are bone biology, bone harvesting and bone grafting for dental implant surgery. Along with Robert Marx, Garg has pioneered the use of platelet-rich plasma in dental surgery.[4]

Garg is the founder of the American Dental Implant Association.[5]

Implant Seminars

Implant Seminars was founded in 1989. Implant Seminars, headquartered in North Miami Beach, Florida, provides continuing dental education on the subject of dental implants and related topics.[3] A variety of programs relating to dentistry in various locations are provided.
