Babar Bhatti

Babar Bhatti (also known as Barbar Bhatti) is a British actor of Pakistani origin. He was probably best known for the part of Punka Wallah Rumzan in the BBC sitcom "It Ain't Half Hot Mum", his first role. His most recent role to date was as Restaurant Owner in "Only Fools and Horses" in 1981.
