Goonburger

Goonburger is a derogatory term for somebody whose behaviour or manner has been foolish.It derives from the term goon, with the added suffix burger for extra effect.It is common misbelief that the term dervied from the latin goonburgerus, however, linguistic experts do claim links between the term and parts of the greek language.When referred to as a goonburger, one should take the insult lightly, and simply laugh it off with a a shrug of the shoulders.Use the term wisely, as in certain hispanic cultures the term can be related to eating ones own face.
