Alex Molinaroli

Alex Molinaroli (born October 7, 1959) was elected a Corporate Vice President of Johnson Controls, a Fortune 80 diversified, multi-industrial company with 140,000 employees in 1,300 locations across six continents. in May 2004 and has served as President of the power solutions business since January 2007. Previously, Molinaroli served as Vice President and General Manager for North America Systems & the Middle East for the building efficiency business and has held increasing levels of responsibility for controls systems and services sales and operations. Mr. Molinaroli joined the Company in 1983.

He championed the development of consistent and effective sales management disciplines within Johnson Controls and has worked to expand that consistent approach on a global basis, involving over 300 sales offices in nearly 50 countries and was promoted to vice president and general manager for the North American Systems business.

Education and Background:Molinaroli earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in business from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is married to former model of South Carolina Patsy Molinaroli and has two daughters Adrian Molinaroli (High school sophomore at Leelanau High School; age 16) and Rachael Molinaroli (Student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison; age 20).

Awards, Recognition and Service:Molinaroli serves on the National Center for the Arts and Technology board of directors.
