Philippe Callens was born in 1965 and he has been active for more than 15 years in the nuclear community around the world. He is a specialist of auditing Quality Assurance Programs according to 10CFR50 App. B of NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission), the US Nuclear Authorities.
He has written a book which has been a major hit in the nuclear community, and which more accurate than ever today because of the nuclear rennaissance around the world.
