Bhognipur is a town in Kanpur Dehat district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Bhognipur is a prominent town at the junction of National Highway 2 (India) and National Highway 25 (India). This town, which lies to the south of Mati, is about 65 km from Kanpur city and 140 km from Lucknow. Pukhrayan, Mawar, Rajpur and Ghausganj are its neighboring towns.

[Kalpi] , situated 15 km from here, is a nearby place of tourist importance.

Lalpur Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
