Paul Baier (born February 2, 1985 in Summit, New Jersey) is a professional ice hockey defenceman. He was drafted in the third round, 95th overall, by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

He was signed by the Buffalo Sabres on September 30, 2008, and was assigned to their American Hockey League affiliate, the Portland Pirates.
