Early life
He is the son of Mick and Jennifer Brusco. He is the second to youngest of a family of 5 children. He has 1 brother and 3 sisters. His younger sister Nicole also skateboards.
Brusco's mom bought him his first skateboard at the age of 3. At the age of 5 Mitchie was the youngest skateboarder to compete in the
Gravity Games Amateur Skatepark Series in Cleveland. He placed 13th out of 14 who competed in the Gravity Games. Several companies were already sponsoring Mitchie when he was 5.Jones Soda Co. gave him free drinks, stickers, and fake tatoos.DC Shoes sent him a new pair of shoes every month.Termite Skateboards was giving him skateboards. Additionally,Triple Eight Protective Gear was giving him his elbow and knee pads.TV appearances
