- Born Iain Macdonald Muir on 18th October 1974 in Glasgow. Studied mechanical engineering then graduated with a business and languages degree in 1997.

He is mainly known as the aggressive and notoriously short fused vocalist/guitarist in Artisian http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artisian a south east English black/death metal band www.myspace.com/artisianmetal and www.swornrecords.com that focuses on depressive, misanthropic, anti-social and ultra violent topics, anti-drugs, pro capital punishment, straight edge and promoting weight-lifting.

Prior to moving to London and being in bands, Iain was a professional Thai boxer http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Kickboxing_Association and professional boxer at cruiser weight, he was graded to 3rd degree above black belt in Muay Thai http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muay_thai and dabbled in cage fighting for a short while before retiring, unbeaten, in 2004.

He was also, for many years a fashion model, doing catwalk and magazine work while he was pro-fighter with Model Team Scotland in Glasgow http://www.modelteam.co.uk/ appeared in BBC drama 'Rockface' as a strange climber character and ITV 'Taggart' as a hispanic thug.

Past bands include - Goma (Glasgow) El Jefe, Doreterna, Corpsing and Meggido (London bands)

Artisian http://www.myspace.com/artisianmetal is his most successful band, having released 3 albums on Grindethic Records, Copro Caskett, Infernus Rex, Sworn Records and toured with Mayhem, Napalm Death, Gorgoroth http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gorgoroth_(band) and Marduk http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marduk in Europe, the Balkans and the UK.
