Computers In Personnel Ltd (CIP) is a long-established developer, distributor and supporter of human resources management software and services, currently supplying businesses of all sizes throughout the UK.

Founded in 1982 and with head offices in Marlow, United Kingdom, CIP develops a range of software in-house; recently expanding through strategic partnerships with complementary software providers. CIP has regional training centres throughout the UK, including London.

History & Background

Computers In Personnel Ltd was founded by Peter Watsham in 1982 in Marlow, with the purpose of developing computer-based HR software solutions and providing consultancy in the use of personal computers in Personnel departments. CIP are now an innovative leader in the application of technology to people management through the design, delivery and implementation of HR Software.
