Peroorkada

Peroorkada is situated is a residential locality north of Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) in the Indian state of Kerala, on the way to Nedumanghad and the Ponmudi. Peroorkada which was once a village developed.Now it has shopping complex,Petrol pumps etc.The Maharaja studio and its growth is an excellent example of entrepraneurship in this small place.

Amenities

Peroorkada hospital, Oolanpara Mental hospital, Peroorkada police station, a food market, several schools and colleges(including one Private Law College), and a local post office. Peroorkada's public transport needs are serviced by a comprehensive bus service. There are two stadiums.In terms of place of workship there are several temples, few churches and one mosque.
