Simple tissue

Simple tissue

Simple tissue is a tissue made-up of same cells that perform the same functions. Compare to Complex tissue where the tissue has different cells that perform different functions. Basic types of tissues include Parenchyma tissue, Collenchyma tissue, and Sclerenchyma tissue.
