Kayce Freed

Kayce Freed

Kayce Freed (born 1958) is Peter Jennings's fourth wife. They married on December 2 1997.

She, along with her two stepchildren and sister in law, was beside Peter as he died on August 7 2005. After his death, she issued the following statement: "Peter died with his family around him, without pain and in peace. He knew he'd lived a good life."

In 1976, Kayce graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts as a member of one of the school's first coeducational classes.

Currently a freelance producer, she is a former producer of the "20/20" television show on ABC.
