The Filipino Propagandists or (Kilusang Propaganda) are those who are in the classcalled "ilustrado" or middle class, they are studyingoutside the Philippines. They are using a different method to help their fellow men by writing.Theywrite about the corrupt actions of the prayle or(priest)and write it on their own newspaper called "La Solidaridad".
