Ard-dhubh is a remote fishing settlement on a spur of land on the Applecross Peninsula, in Strathcarron, Ross-shire on the west coast of Scotland, facing Raasay and the Isle of Skye and is considered part of the Highland and is in the Scottish council area of the Highland.
