The One Stop Shop is a high profile face-to-face customer service enabling access to a wide range of services within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. One Stop Shops aim to put customers first and their officers are there to provide information, advice and solutions to local residents. Offices are open 6 days a week at five locations throughout Tower Hamlets
Customers that wish to talk to somebody specifically about the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and council benefits, debt advice or pensions, can visit the One Stop Shop to access the services of one of their specialist surgeries held throughout the month.
