Recall (company)

Recall is one of the world’s largest information management companies. Established in 1977, Recall is a subsidiary of Brambles Limited ASX:BXB an Australian industrial conglomerate. Recall headquarter is located in Norcross (Atlanta), Georgia.

Recall has three lines of business namely Document Management Solutions Physical (DMS-P) and Document Management Solutions Digital (DMS-D) , Secure Destruction Services (SDS) , Data Protection Services(DPS). Recall’s services include physical and electronic document storage and retrieval, protection of computer backup data, and destruction of sensitive documents.

Recall operates about 300 facilities in 22 countries.

History

In 1999, Brambles brought together a worldwide network of document management companies under the Recall name. Originally founded in 1875, Brambles is a multibillion-dollar global support services company.

In 2005, Recall decided to acquire its biggest competitor, the second largest documents and records management company Ausdoc in Australia. Recall leads Australia’s largest records and document management business.
