Andrey Shibko

Andrey Shibko (born on March 8, 1975 in Minsk) is a Russian pianist.

He was trained at the Moscow Conservatory under Viktor Kastelsky, graduating in 1997. The next year he won the Porto Competition, and subsequently he was awarded 3rd prizes at the VIII Géza Anda Competition and the V London Competition.

In 1999 he was appointed as Yuri Slesarev's assistant at the Moscow Conservatory, where he teaches nowadays.
