The Recruit are a 5 piece Indie band based in The Black Isle, north of Inverness.

History

The band was formed by 4 teenagers: Alex Peasey (vocals, Synthesizer), Michael Bull (vocals, drums), Stephen Bull (Bass) and John Lees (Guitar), with Alistar Langston (Guitar) joining in Summer 2008. The band play a range of genres from Indie to Electronica.The band regularly play gigs at Glachbeg Croft, an education centre. They have also taken part in a Battle Of The Bands contest, where they came 3rd and also a Rock fest which took place at the local high school.
