Mayra Rosales, 27, is a Edinburgh,Texas woman who stands accused of the March 18,2008 death of her 2-year-old nephew [http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/5651337.html] [http://edition.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/08/22/obese.woman.ap/index.html] . The case received international coverage when it was revealed that because of Rosales weight of nearly 1000 pounds it was impossible to take her into custody, it is also according to sources almost impossible taking her to the courtroom where she will stand accused of the murder [http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,24429799-38198,00.html] . Rosales is currently in custody inside her Texas home awaiting trial for the murder of the toddler, she has been charged with capital murder.
