The Scissor Fits

The Scissor Fits were a post-punk English band founded in Hounslow in 1978. They are best known for their classic DIY punk single 'I Don't Wanna Work for British Airways', which was recorded before they'd appeared in public. A part-time member and occasional manager was Mike Alway, later famous for his A&R work with Cherry Red Records and el.
