Wild Wind Islets

The Wild Wind Islets comprise a group of five steep rocky islets with a combined area of about 4 ha, in south-eastern Australia. They are part of the Mutton Bird Island Group, lying close to the southern end of the south-western coast of Tasmania.Brothers, Nigel; Pemberton, David; Pryor, Helen; & Halley, Vanessa. (2001). Fauna

Recorded breeding seabird species are the Short-tailed Shearwater, (20,000 pairs), Fairy Prion (3000 pairs), Common Diving-Petrel (3000 pairs) and Silver Gull. The White-bellied Sea-Eagle has nested there. The Metallic Skink is present.
