Mike Beltzner is the Director for Mozilla Firefox. He manages Firefox front-end development, user experience, and product delivery. He describes his current responsibilities as "delivering Firefox in all its forms to all of its peoples, including guiding the design, directing the implementation, and nervously drinking coffee while hoping it all manages to stick together."

Education and Early Employment

Beltzner received a BSc, Honours, in Cognitive Science from Queen's University in 1999. A year later, he received a BEd in Computers and Math at Queen's University. From June of 2000 to June of 2005, he worked at IBM as a user experience designer. He became user experience lead at Mozilla in July of 2005. In July of 2008, he took over the role of Firefox Director from Mike Connor.

Personal life
