Towers High School (also known by its abbreviation THS) is a high school located in Decatur, Georgia. The school was built in 1966 and continues to provide education and instruction to the local community.

Description

It's grade levels goes from 9th to 12th in a span of four years. Each of the school's halls have names that are listed as alphabets. The football field located on the left wing of the school has a track field surrounding it. The interior design of the school in sorts resembles that of a maze because the halls cross each other at certain intersections. The school has a 4x4 block schedule which was adopted in the 2004/2005 school year.

The school offers activities in Air Force Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AFJROTC), Art Club, Beta Club, Career Discovery (Mentoring), Drama Club, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), Forensics Club, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Japanese/Anime Club, Literary Magazine, Mu Alpha Theta (Math Club), National Honor Society, and several others. Athletics

The school's sports' team is named the Titans. The football team has went to seven consecutive championship finals, but won only four out of the seven. Both the boys and girls basketball teams have have won two championships in a span of six years. Just recently Towers High School formed a tennis and volleyball team for the first time in the school's thirty-year history.
