"Mother of Pearl" is a song by Grotus'. The single, which was only released on green Vinyl, features a live version of the song and the unreleased song "We're an American Band".

Imagery and design

The cover artwork is the skeleton of the "oldest known" dingo. Under the skeleton is the description:

"OLDEST KNOWN DINGO, the Australian dog, was unearthed at the depth of six feet at Fromm's Landing rock-shelter no. 6. Dating from 1000 B.C., the animal shows no morphological differences from the dingos of today. Man and the dingo were virtually the only predators in prehistoric Australia; they apparently killed off some species of marsupials."
