Whasp Energy Gel (Food)

WHASP Energy Gel is an energy food consisting of macronutrients and micronutrients with specific amino acids designed to be quickly and easily digestible in order for the nutrients to be eaten frequently during endurance events, especially long distance running without causing intestinal discomfort.

Whasp energy gel consists of 28 g simple and complex carbohydrates plus 1 g of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) supplying 121 ckal or 518 kJ of energy.
