Navy Liberty

The Liberty Program

The Liberty Program, also known as the Single-Sailor Program is one of the many components that make up Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). The program is geared towards Enlisted Active Duty Service members E-1 through E-6.

Goals

  • Enhancing the quality of life for these individuals.
  • Provide safe and healthy programming and services that comprehensively cover social, cultural, recreation, athletic and fitness. [1]
