Manzoor Hussain Parwana was born and raised in Rondu Valley of Baltistan. He acquired his Engineering Degree from NED Engineering University Karachi. He is chairman of Gilgit Baltistan United Movement a pro-independent organization in Gilgit Baltistan. He is also chief editor of Monthly Magazine "Kargil International' (banned). He is a right activist, analyst and freelance journalist.
