The Transcorp. Company, formerly known as PT Para Inti Investindo was a subsidiary of both Para Group and Trans Asia Communications Inc, which also owned Spacetoon, TVB, PT Indosiar Karya Medika and TV Tokyo. It was founded in June 5 1998, due to its relationship for media, lifestyle, dan entertainment.

Television

It was established Trans TV in December 15 2001, and with joint feature with its other product, Kelompok Kompas Gramedia, it first aired TV7. It was also established Spacetoon, which now was owned by Trans Asia Communications Inc. Since August 4 2006. Para Group bought 49% share of TV7, and renamed it as Trans 7.

Cafe

It also established PT Trans Coffee as a joint venture beetwen Transcorp and Excelso. It is used for serve consumers, and established in 2007.

Investor products

For investor products, it owned Lifestyle, PT Para Bali, Trans Fashion, Bandung Supermall, PT Batam Indah Investindo, PT Mega Indah Investindo.
