(1993)"Helta Skelta" is the
1993 re-release ofHot Cars and Spent Contraceptives (1992 ), the first album by the Norwegian bandTurbonegro . It was released onCD only byRepulsion Records inGermany . Only 1,500 copies were made. It includes five bonus tracks (one of them is the 20+ minute audio-play about a young man being raped by a policeman called "A Career In Indie Rock") but lefts out the song "Prima Moffe". The cover shows a painted portrait ofSirhan Sirhan on the cover, the suspected and sentenced murderer ofRobert F. Kennedy in 1968 (but several people have mistaken it for Manson). Political assassin references continue on the back that features a photo ofJohn Hinckley - who failed to shootRonald Reagan in1981 - pointing a gun to his head.Track listing

*Bengt "Bingo" Calmeyer on the very disturbing "A Career In Indie Rock": "The whole of this was in its entirety lifted from one of Happy Tom's numerous porn videos. Tom has always been a real conneiseur of porn; in fact he even gets Christmas cards from different mail-order companies. I can't recall the title, but the piano was played by a well-known radio-reporter from the state broadcasting company and singer of lesser-known "Country Faggots". The name says it all."
*Two versions of disc were put out with this release. Some were printed with white text on black while others had black text on bare disc.Resource: [http://www.turbojugendusa.com/turbo_discography.html Turbojugend USA / Turbonegro Discography]
