Since Al enjoys himself watching an

Marcie then convinces her to get on a diet called "Thinergy: For Thinness and Energy" with Al on the pretext that it has improved her sex life with Steve. When Peggy greets the family with an all-salad dinner, Al is infuriated and refuses to join the diet. However, Steve advises him to endure the diet for at least one week, so he can then convince Peggy to get out of it together.
After two days, both are tired of the diet, but refuse to acknowledge it. Finally, one night, Al lures Peggy into thinking he'll sleep with her but instead feeds her an
eclair to make her break the diet. He then assures her that he still loves her and finds her pretty, by comparing her to an oldbaseball glove he had when he was a kid. The episode closes in with them kissing.Cast
