Axon Group plc (lse|AXO) is a leading British-based consultancy dedicated to assisting customers using SAP as their Enterprise resource planning system. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

History

The Company was founded by Mark Hunter, Donald Kirkwood and Paul Manweiler in 1994. In August 2008 Infosys Technologies offered £407m to acquire the business.
