Maksym (Maxim) Nesen (born 1981) is an Ukrainian entrepreneur. He is the CEO and founder of The Oksima Plus. LLC., a family of companies developing software for SEO, advetising and web sites publishing on the Internet. Maxim Nesen is an outstanding person in building Ukrainian SEO software and services. He also founded a company for hosting services which provides all advertising services developed by Oksima Plus company for free for the subscription term.

Childhood

Nesen was born in Kiev, Ukraine, and spent his childhood there. His family lived in Kiev city and struggled financially. Nesen has said about those days, "I had to earn each stuff I need. Very little was given to me. I've been working since 6 years. Whether it was mail delivery or selling newspapers, delivering of photos, working in building or clearing streets, I've always been making my own money."By his own admission, he did not excel in high school. Nesen often jokes that he was able to enter the "Computer Sciences faculty with strong knowledge of French and English," after somehow convincing the dean to let him enter the 1st course at University, even though he failed to meet the requirements to pass the entrance exam.

In the late 1990s, when the Ukraine was drafting young men for military service, Nesen was about to go to the military service Ukraine armed forces. But he managed to enter the University of Kiev-Mohila Academy at Computer Sciences faculty. So, he was not obliged to go to military and he started to learn computer sciences at the University. Even though his primary education was oriented to French and other languages.Nesen has said that if he had to join the military, he would not have graduated from high school.

Education

In 1998, Nesen joined the Kiev-Mohyla Academy in Kiev. He was studying for 2 years at paid department of Kyiv-Mohila Academy and after 2 years he re-entered at free department of the same University and restarted his education. This time he changed his attitude to technical sciences and started to learn Mathematics and Physics very attentively. He got excellent marks in all technical subject he studied. He finished the University at 2006 after eight years of learning with Master degree in computer Sciences and big plans for future development.

Oksima Plus team

Nesen focused on his career, and started to work at customers' support by days and build business plans by nights. In 2007, he founded Oksima Plus s.r.o. in Prague, Czech Republic and began selling Blogs Auto Filler automated content management tool, that he initially sold for $99.99 per copy. By his third edition, Nesen was inspired by Borland's success selling Turbo Pascal for much less than the competition and began charging $70 per copy. He also focused his efforts on direct sales rather than channel sales.In 2008, Nesen was able to quit his job and focus completely on selling and programming Blogs Auto Filler tool. Nesen then branched into other markets to sell Fake Referrals advertising tool, Track back submitter tool and several others. At the same time he started to sell PHP web hosting services, Java web hosting services, and Virtual Private Server services.
