A writer and Professor of English Literature, Creative Writing, and Translation, Roger Sedarat is the author of "Dear Regime: Letters to the Islamic Republic" (http://sedarat.com/home.html).
He has a B.A. in Sociology (UT-Austin), MA in English/Creative Writing (Queens College), Ph.D. in English (Tufts University). Sedarat is currently an assistant professor at Queens College teaching Poetry and Translation in their MFA program (http://sedarat.com/home.html).
He has received several scholarships to the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference as well as a St. Botolph Society grant-in-aid.
