David Hisey

David Hisey is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae and has been since appointed by the Board Of Directors on August 27, 2008. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to becoming CFO, David Hisey served as Senior Vice President and Controller. David Hisey also has worked for KPMG LLP.
