The 2003 UAB Blazers football team represented the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the college football season of 2003, and was the thirteenth team fielded by the school. The team's head coach was Watson Brown, who was entering his ninth season as the program's head coach. They played their home games at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama, and competed as a member of Conference USA. The Blazers would finish their eighth season at the I-A level, and fifth affiliated with a conference with a record of 5-7 (4-4 C-USA).cite web
