Camelot Garden

Camelot Garden is a oneshot manga by Kaori Yuki.

Plot

This manga is about a boy named Ryu, who has weird dreams about a girl named Claribel, who is supposedly trapped somewhere. One day, he wokes up a at a "school" named Camelot Garden. This school is divised in four "suites", which go according to a card game: the suite of Hearts, which takes care of religious matters, the suite of Spades, which takes care of protection of the school grounds, the suite of Clovers, whose function is not specified, and the suite of Diamonds, charged of the economical affairs. Besides these suites, there is a "White Card", unaffected by any school rule.

Characters

Ryu: a boy who has dreams about a girl named Claribel. He wakes up in a "school" called Camelot Garden. He is assigned with the number Six from the suite of Spades, since the previous Six had been killed by a mysterious entity called "The Joker". He is later revealed to be the doctor Ryu Soleil.

Claribel: In Camelot Garden he holds the position of "White Card", which makes the school rules unapplyable to him. He is charged of the Infirmary, which he refers to as "his territory". His blood is the only thing that can heal people in this dimension.

Gidion: A boy who only has one eye. According to him, he lost his right eye protecting his sister during an accident. He is revealed to be Claribel's brother. He is the King of the Spades suite.

Bartholomei: King of the Hearts suite, he apparently is the head of the school.

The Joker: A mysterious killer. Apparently, he killed the previous Six from the suite of Spades. He protects Claribel and kills whoever gets near him.
