Timothy Joseph Lyne (born March 21, 1919) is an American Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church.

Timothy Joseph Lyne was born in Chicago, Illinois, ordained a priest in Chicago, Illinois on May 1 1943. Appointed to the Archdiocese of Chicago as an Auxiliary bishop as well as Titular bishop of Vamalla on October 31 1983 and ordained a bishop on December 13 1983. He retired from his post at Archdiocese of Chicago on January 24 1995 , he continues to serve as titular bishop of Vamalla.
