Tiberias ,Israel . The club spent several seasons in the top division of Israeli football in the 1960s, and made its last apperance in the top flight in 1988.History

Liga Leumit (then the top division) in 1961. After three seasons of mid-table finishes, Hapoel ended the 1965-65 season bottom of the table, and were relegated toLiga Alef .They remained in the lower leagues until 1988 when they returned to Liga Leumit. However, they finished third from bottom in the 1988-89 season and made an immediate return to the second tier. Eventually the club was relegated to
Liga Gimel and folded due to financial difficulties in 1994.A new club, Ironi Tiberias was established and currently plays in
Liga Alef .Honours
