Todd Britsch

Todd A. Britsch (born 1938) is an emeritus professor of humanities and a former academic vice president at Brigham Young University.

Biography

Britsch was born in 1938, the year his father Ralph A. Britsch joined the faculty of BYU. After serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Germany, Britsch graduated from BYU in 1962. While studying at BYU Britsch met his wife, Dorothy Crofts. They were married in the Bern Switzerland Temple. From 1992 to 1998 Britsch served as BYU's academic vice president.

The Britsches are the parents of two children.
