The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation ("Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung") is a German research foundation associated with the country's Die Linke (The Left) party. It was founded in Berlin in 1990 as the Social Analysis and Political Education association, before being recognised in 1996 by the then The Left Party.PDS as its research institute.
