Pi Goun Tong (Thai:พิกุลทอง) is a Thai Boran Lakorn which had remade for several times. It is starred by Matika Arthakornsiripho as Nang Pi Goun tong. It based of a Thai Mythology.

Pi Goun Tong is translant as: Pi Goun (พิกุลท) is a type of flower and Tong (อง) means as Gold and it also is a name of actress main charactor.

Plot

Pi Goun Tong was borned as the daughter of the king. She was borned with a gold flower comes from her mouth while she cries to a good person. However, A fortune teller predicts that Pi Goun tong will brings bad luck to the kingdom and the king must abandoned her quickly. The king follows the fortune teller's advice as keeps her away from the kingdom but there are a childless man finds her and take cares her as child but his wife disagree as she now begins pregnant. When Pi goun tong grows up, Her adapted mother hits and blames her everyday without reason and offers Pi Goun Tong to give her the gold but Pi Goun Tong can't has the gold for the cruel person like her,So The adapted mother keeps pi Goun Tong to has no food for days but for Pi Goun tong's adapted father is a kind to her. Despite her pity, Pi Goun tong runs away and meet everything dangerous as a little girl's adventure but she also meet the kind person as the old hermit.

When Pi Goun tong become the beautiful woman, There are a prince falls in love with her but a gaintress is jealous with Pi Goun Tong's beauty and transfers Pi Goun Tong to the monkey and makes herself as Pi Goun Tong. Can Pi Goun tong finds the way to unlock the cursed and lives with her prince who now is hapopy with the fake pi goun tong who is the gaintress in disguse.
