James Souttar

James Souttar

James Souttar, born February 11, 1840 in London, died April 22, 1922 in Aberdeen, was a British architect. [ [http://www.scottisharchitects.org.uk/architect_full.php?id=201897 Dictionary of Scottish Architects] , 2008-09-16]

Souttar worked for many years in Stockholm, Sweden, and his works there include The English Church at Wallingatan in Stockholm, 1865-66, later moved to Diplomatstaden.

Souttar also was the founding president of The Aberdeen Society of Architects 1898. [ [http://www.aberdeenarchitects.org/about.html About The Aberdeen Society of Architects] , 2008-09-16]
