Andreas Baalsrud

Andreas Baalsrud (1872 - 1961) is a Norwegian engineer.

He was born in Stavern, and took his education in Oslo and Zurich. He was hired in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration in 1891, and worked as district engineer in Vest-Agder from 1912 to 1919.
